Details

Sensoriality: medium to intense green fruitiness, with notes of fresh almond and tomato flesh. Well-balanced bitterness and pungency, with pleasant long pepperiness.

Pairing suggestions: pizza, cold tomato soup, mozzarella and burrata, pasta alla Norma.
