The oil has been recognised as a “Presidio” by the Slow Food association, a label that aims to support biodiversity and high-quality, culturally significant food traditions. This cultivar is praised for its pleasant fruitiness and delicate vegetal notes.

Sensoriality: medium to intense fruity with aromatic notes of freshly cut grass, artichoke, and aromatic herbs such as sage. Pronounced bitterness and pungency.
