Frantoio Gaudenzi - Classe 24 (Umbria)

Frantoio Gaudenzi - Classe 24 (Umbria)
Classe 24 was created to mark the centenary of the mill’s founder, Vittorio Gaudenzi. It is a limited production with a disappearing native olive variety called Borgiona. Conceived as a tribute to the mill’s roots, to the hilly terroir of Trevi, and to Umbrian traditions, it stands out for its unmistakable strength of character, with bitterness and pepperiness that are both pronounced and well-balanced.
