Sensoriality: Medium green fruitiness with notes of cut grass and red pepper. The bitterness is well-balanced, and pepperiness is long-lasting with notes of chilli.
Pairing suggestions: Perfect on pasta filata cheeses (mozzarella, burrata) or as a drizzle on grilled bread, seafood, tomato salad.
