Behind the name Le 4 Contrade (literally “The 4 Rural Districts”) are three young people – Valeria, Emanuele and Sebastiano – who decided to come back to their native Apulia to assist Sebastiano’s father in producing high quality olives and extra virgin olive oil. Le 4 Contrade, is also a beautiful vast domain, a silver sea of olive trees, that is cultivated under strict organic standards. Valeria and her team are using their craftsmanship and modern techniques to share the best that their region can offer — you should also taste their organic almonds! — in a way that is sustainable and respectful of the environment.
