This set contains 3 bottles of Italian organic extra virgin olive oil with exceptionally high polyphenol (antioxidant) values. These are oils that give high health benefits when added to raw or cooked food. The oils come from 3 different regions (Tuscany, Apulia and Campania) and each has its distinct taste profile.

In this set we have selected olive oils with outstanding taste and levels of polyphenols (antioxidants).

This oil comes from a selection of the best Moraiolo olives grown on the Ramerino estate. Medium green fruitiness with notes of artichoke and cut grass. Bitterness and pungency are vivid but harmoniously balanced.

Ideally complements different seafood dishes, adding a distinct flavour reminiscent of a sunny afternoon. Medium to intense green fruitiness with clear notes of fresh cut grass. The bitterness is well-balanced and pepperiness is long-lasting.

An oil whose subtle but decisive flavours will enhance your everyday dishes. Racconto is the blend of maestro Marco Rizzo. Medium green fruity with notes of olive leaves, almond and fresh vegetables. Bitterness and spiciness are present but not overwhelming.
