Quinta Luna is a blend of olives (Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo) that is adjusted every year so it always reflects Frantoio Gaudenzi’s idea of olive oil - an olive oil that is vivid and fruity with perfectly balanced bitterness and spiciness.
