Avocado Ice Cream
A surprising, refreshing and easily-prepared dessert variation of Mexican guacamole.
Ingredients (4 servings):
3 ripe avocados
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
Dehesa de la Sabina organic extra virgin olive oil
A few fresh mint leaves and pistachio crumbs (optional)
Steps:
The day before, empty the avocados and reserve the flesh in a box in the freezer
Install your blender
Add the lime juice, maple syrup and avocado flesh to the mixing bowl and blend until creamy
Serve immediately in individual portions, dress the ice cream with a drizzle of olive oil, and decorate with fresh mint leaves and pistachio crumbs if you like!
