A vivacious oil, green and enveloping, with hints of tomato, aromatic herbs and almond. Hojiblanca is a common variety in the south of Spain, but it is very difficult to find a monocultivar oil made solely from Hojiblanca olives.

Sensoriality: Medium-high green fruitiness, with hints of tomato vine, aromatic herbs and artichoke
Pairing suggestions: delicious with green salads and drizzled over seasonal oven-baked vegetables. It will enhance rice and pasta dishes, and bring a touch of freshness to a gazpacho (traditional chilled soups from Andalusia).
