The Clemente family produces olive oil in the natural park of Gargano, in the heel of the Italian boot, since 1895. Today, production is still in the hands of the same family, helmed by Michele Clemente. This oil is made with olives from the area, guaranteed 100% Italian and certified organic. It has delicate herbal aromatic notes to the nose and in the mouth, with a present pungency and balanced bitterness.
