Ideal for mixing sauces, risottos and polenta. The 30 mm hole is designed for easy mixing of dense foods without overly exerting the wrist. The wood does not absorb odours and does not create mould. It can be hand-washed with a mild detergent and warm water and seasoned with sunflower oil (not olive oil).
