There have been olive growers and millers in the Caputo family for centuries. The new generation has taken a turn towards high quality and organic farming with the new brand Gran Pregio. Their organic groves extend over a total area of 17 hectares north of Bari, in the area of Molfetta, close to the Adriatic Sea, where fertile soils and the mild, sea-scented climate confer unique organoleptic properties to the olives and their oil.

The family has invested in the latest technologies in order to control all extraction parameters, making it possible to obtain oils of outstanding quality with very high antioxydants. Their Monocultivar Coratina has received numerous recognitions at both national and international level.
