In 2015, Andrea Cecconi and Andrea Lucarelli decided to restore an abandoned grove on a wild mountainous slope deep in the heart of Umbria. Their ambition from the start was to produce the highest quality of EVOO in absolute respect of organic farming methods for their entire production. Their hard work is being recognized through the numerous accolades and prizes won over the years. Their production is showcasing typical olive varieties of Umbria: Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo, which they are proposing as either monocultivar EVOOs or blends.
