Frantoio Gaudenzi - Classe 24 (Umbria)
Classe 24 was created to mark the centenary of the mill’s founder, Vittorio Gaudenzi. It is a limited production with a rare olive variety. Conceived as a tribute to the mill’s roots, it stands out for its unmistakable strength of character, with pronounced yet balanced bitterness and pepperiness, and wild aromatic notes.

Mild pepper after taste and herbal/fresh/green tasting with mild and pleasant bitterness. Goes well with sourdough bread, drizzle over baked chickpea tempeh, over roasted vegetables, lentil soup etc. All in all nice....could buy again. Have to try the other two now..... hopefully they are a bit punchier!!!!
