Fattoria Ambrosio’s adventure began in 1938 in the heart of Cilento, one of Italy’s most beautiful national park one hour South of Naples. Over time Massimo and his team have become a symbol of excellence and a highly regarded name in the world of extra virgin olive oil. Their estate comprises thirty hectares of organic olive groves (subdivided into single-variety plots) that surround a 19th-century tower and the modern mill.
Fattoria Ambrosio aims to offer EVOOs with rich aromas and balanced structure, taking care of every single production phase, from the grove to the mill. They have a tested process for each variety in order to preserve and enhances their unique characteristics.
